We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation services in Kent. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions to individuals with severe mental health problems, with the goal of assisting them to re-establish their lives in the community.

The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and experience in adult mental health and psychosis interventions. You will be part of a warm and welcoming team that values a psychological approach to service delivery, and you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work creatively with service users.

Key responsibilities will include delivering individual therapy, family work, and group work, as well as participating in multidisciplinary assessments and care planning. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the service through research and quality improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Experience in adult mental health and psychosis interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
