About the Job: The successful candidate will oversee scheduling for all visit-related activity, ensuring it meets company requirements. They will also be responsible for scheduling and monitoring Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the operational area.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and contribute to the Agent recruitment process, including Agent setup and maintenance on relevant systems.
  • Maintain and action postcode allocation and transfers as needed.
  • Assist with allocating tasks and provide support to the operational area.
  • Monitor and report on scheduling performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
