Plant Repair Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Audi Workshop Controller to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing workshop operations, including coordinating responses to breakdowns and scheduling service appointments.
Key Tasks:
- Assist with the management of plant repairs and services, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate the scheduling of service appointments, optimizing the use of fitters and plant resources.
- Liaise with the Hire Desk to secure plant availability and replacement parts as needed.
- Process customer invoices for chargeable repairs and maintain accurate stock records.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical repair principles.
- Experience in a service and maintenance control role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
