About the Role:
We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in the Midlands. This permanent position involves ensuring that plant repairs and services are carried out efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to breakdowns, provide initial telephone support, and resolve where possible
- Manage responses for breakdowns, routine maintenance, and services
- Log and allocate repairs, maintain accurate records of work and stock
- Arrange appointments with third-party repair companies and manage related documentation
- Coordinate service and inspection appointments with customers
- Liaise with the Hire Desk for plant availability and replacement
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Mechanical or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
