About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant Manager to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. This role will provide support to 2 Global Manufacturing Engineering Directors, responsible for delivering a range of administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess a proactive approach with the ability to see beyond short-term tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to 2 Global Manufacturing Engineering Directors.

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and take care of all travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Compile daily files and approvals in a timely and quality manner.
  • Provide direction to Directors on priorities and manage emails and tasks until complete.
