We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team at Alveston Leys Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal and social care to our residents, supporting their independence, and promoting their overall well-being.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be expected to assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and engage them in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
