About The Job

Your main responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal care needs, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative and respect towards others.

Requirements

  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver high standards of care.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required. This role may require additional paperwork or documentation during the hiring process.
