We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Preparation Technician to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

About the Role

This entry-level position provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. As a Preparation Technician, your key responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of equipment for painting, preparing company and customer vehicles for painting, and maintaining the yard's cleanliness and orderliness.

You will have the chance to work with a range of equipment, including Orbital Sanders, Nail Guns, and other associated tools. Our team values teamwork, dedication, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of equipment for painting using Orbital Sanders, Nail Guns, and other associated equipment.
  • Prepare company and customer vehicles for painting.
  • Maintain the yard's cleanliness and orderliness.
Benefits:
  • $22 days holiday (5 reserved for Christmas).
  • Monday-Friday schedule from 8AM to 6PM.
  • Daily breakfast provided.
  • Death in service benefit: 3 times annual salary paid to a beneficiary in the event of death.
  • Pension scheme eligibility after 6 months probationary period.
Work Environment:

Full-time and permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM to 6PM.

Salary:

The estimated hourly salary for this role is $50, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
