About the Role: As a Scheduler Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling for all visit-related activity, ensuring it aligns with internal processes, client requirements, SLAs, and company objectives. You will also schedule and monitor Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions, liaise with field representatives, engineering companies, and third-party suppliers, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and contribute to the Agent recruitment process, including Agent setup and maintenance on relevant systems.
  • Maintain and action postcode allocation and transfers as needed.
  • Assist with allocating tasks and provide support to the operational area.
  • Monitor and report on scheduling performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, experience in administration, and strong communication skills. They will be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. A salary of £23,500 per annum is available for this role, which is commensurate with industry standards for a Scheduler Assistant in the UK.
