About the Role

Fusion People is seeking an experienced Audi Workshop Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that plant repairs and services are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide initial telephone support for breakdowns and coordinate responses to ensure efficient resolution.
  2. Manage the scheduling of service and inspection appointments, optimizing the use of fitters and plant resources.
  3. Liaise with the Hire Desk to secure plant availability and replacement parts as needed.
  4. Process customer invoices for chargeable repairs and maintain accurate stock records.

Essential Skills:

  • Mechanical repair knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a service and maintenance control role.
  • Logical approach to prioritizing tasks and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
