Scheduling Operations Role

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Scheduling Operations Coordinator to join their team in Stratford upon Avon. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and contributing to the agent recruitment process, maintaining and acting on postcode allocation and transfers as needed, assisting with the allocation of visits, and completing agent work reallocation as required.

Annual Salary: £23,500.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain relevant systems for agent recruitment and management.
  • Action postcode allocation and transfers according to business needs.
  • Allocate visits proactively to ensure timely completion within specified timescales.
  • Review unallocated visits daily and allocate them to agents accordingly.
  • Produce and distribute management information as required.
  • Issue new/replacement agent ID cards and letters of authority (LOAs) for clients.
  • Manage performance tracking for all agents.
  • Book engineers and locksmiths according to business processes and requirements.
  • Address customer queries related to bookings.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. They should also be able to multitask and have experience working in similar roles.
