Job Overview: As a Visit Operations Specialist at Brook Street, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our visit-related activities. This includes scheduling and monitoring Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions, as well as liaising with field representatives, engineering and locksmith companies and various third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and monitor Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions in line with internal processes, client requirements, SLAs and company objectives.
  • Liaise with field representatives, engineering and locksmith companies and various third-party suppliers to ensure efficient communication and resolution of queries.
  • Administer and contribute to the Agent recruitment process including Agent set up, and maintenance, on all relevant systems.
  • Maintain and action postcode allocation and transfers as needed.
  • Assist with the allocation of visits as required; pro-active work to be undertaken to ensure visits are allocated/completed within dictated timescales.

Requirements:

  • Estimated salary: £23,500.00 per annum.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software systems.
