About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Private Label Solutions (PLS) team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our global airline demand segment, you will play a vital role in providing commercially focused analytical insights to drive growth, increase site performance, and foster strong connections with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Highlight opportunities to improve top and bottom-line revenue through commercial projects and site optimizations.
  • Perform statistical analysis to measure the impacts of new campaigns and initiatives on revenue, technical performance, and conversion.
  • Create dashboards to monitor airline partner performance, visualizing insights for stakeholders.
  • Build and deliver compelling, data-driven business cases that influence partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate revenue risks for new product and technology initiatives, proposing solutions to overcome them.
  • Build and manage relationships with a team of stakeholders, becoming an airline demand data expert over time.

What You Need:

  • At least 4 years' analytical experience in online travel, e-commerce, banking, or another data-intensive commercial environment.
  • Firm understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environments.
  • Good understanding of statistics with ability to apply to commercial problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting complex analysis and concepts in an easily understandable way for audiences with varied technical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize requests from a wide variety of stakeholders, solving the objective and not necessarily the ask.

A Competitive Package:

Enjoy a total cash range of $137,500.00 to $192,500.00 per annum, with potential to reach up to $220,000.00 based on ongoing performance.
