Job Title: Project Quantification Analyst

Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 per annum

Location: Cambridge, UK

We are seeking a skilled Project Quantification Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs for Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects.

  1. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and track project costs.
  2. Support the senior team in managing project finances and ensuring accuracy in measurements and valuations.
  3. Contribute to the measurement and valuation of work progress, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project plans.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively to help deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Familiarity with software like Excel and other project-related tools.
