Job Description: Causal Inference Analyst

The International Society for Bayesian Analysis is seeking a talented Causal Inference Analyst to join our research team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and applying causal inference techniques to identify molecular causes for neurological disease.

This project involves working with large-scale single-cell RNA-sequencing datasets and genotype information to develop novel causal inference tools. You will collaborate with experts in neurology, genomic medicine, and statistics to design and implement novel research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply causal inference techniques to identify molecular causes for neurological disease
  • Collaborate with experts in neurology, genomic medicine, and statistics to design and implement novel research projects
  • Develop and maintain software implementation for causal inference tools

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
  • Strong background in causal inference and machine learning techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
