Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving digital change across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing business needs and developing strategies to implement effective digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver digital transformation initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure seamless integration of new digital systems and applications.
  • Providing training and support to internal users to ensure they are equipped to utilize digital tools effectively.
  • Evaluating the success of digital transformation initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in IT Systems/Business Analysis, or as an IT Systems Manager, with a proven track record in digital transformation projects. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential.
