Job Overview

Zebra People is an iconic and respected educational institution that's embarking on a vast digital transformation journey. As our Agile Delivery Director, you'll play a key role in shaping this transformation and driving meaningful change.

With senior leadership in place, the foundations for digital transformation have been set, and we're now looking for experienced professionals to help us bring our vision to life.

You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UX consultants, service designers, visual designers, and technologists, to create exceptional digital experiences for our global audience.

We're seeking a seasoned delivery manager or scrum master with proven experience managing digital products and services through their full lifecycle.

Your role will involve managing large programmes of work, ensuring excellent client experiences, and overseeing smooth delivery processes. This may include setting programme foundations, managing multiple workstreams, and establishing Agile practices within client organisations.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of between £50,000 - £55,000, 41 days' holiday, and a pension scheme offering up to 30% employer contributions.

We offer flexible working arrangements, with ideally 1-2 days per week in the office, but are open to discussing alternative arrangements if needed.
