Job Title: Transformation Specialist - Medical Unit Lead

Location: Cambridge, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Specialist to lead our medical unit team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute care and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving unit performance
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Practice assessor and supervisor qualification
  • Completion of a leadership program

Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum
