Care Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to customers as needed
- Administer medication according to customer requirements
- Assist with light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping, and companionship
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
- A valid driving license and use of a car is required for this role, or alternative transport arrangements must be made
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 7am-10pm, including alternate weekends
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate: £12.10 (Monday-Friday) and £12.60 (Saturday-Sunday)
- Mileage reimbursement at 32p per mile
