Dementia Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Dementia Support Specialist to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals living with dementia.
**Responsibilities:**
Your duties will include assisting residents with daily activities, such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also be involved in implementing person-centered care plans, which promote independence and dignity for our residents.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with individuals with dementia and a strong understanding of their needs and challenges. You should be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and possess excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
**Salary and Benefits:**
