Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Home Care Assistant will include:
- Providing personal care and encouragement to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assisting with medication management, meal preparation, and domestic services to ensure clients' well-being.
- Supporting clients with community visits, including shopping and leisure trips.
- Maintaining regular communication with our office support team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
