Care and Support Associate

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team at HC-One. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to assist residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs. This includes helping with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and feeding, as well as supporting residents with limited mobility or those who require end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and feeding
- Support residents with limited mobility or those who require end-of-life care
- Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or concerns to the Registered Nurse
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.50-£10.50 per hour, subject to experience and qualifications
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
