About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Agincare. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist with light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare meals and snacks for customers
  • Accompany customers on outings and provide companionship

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • A valid driving license and access to a car (or alternative transportation)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.50-£14.20 per hour
  • Mileage reimbursement of 32p per mile
  • Fully funded training up to QCF level 5
