Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring their dignity, independence, and security are maintained.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Lead a team of care assistants, setting high standards and inspiring positive change within the team.
  • Collaborate with the registered nurse and care manager to design engaging social and recreational activities, administer medication when necessary, and maintain accurate records.

Essential Requirements:
  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and knowledge of supporting individuals with dementia.
  • Ability to identify potential abuse or neglect and respond accordingly.
