Care Assistant for Home Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients with various needs within their own homes.
As a Home Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and encouragement to our clients, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Identify the needs and abilities of our clients and deliver personalized support and care.
- Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and domestic services to ensure clients' well-being.
- Provide companionship and social support through community visits, including shopping and leisure trips.
- Maintain effective communication with our office support team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.30, with an additional Bank Holiday enhancement rate of £2.00 per hour. We also offer flexible full-time and part-time options, free Life Assurance for staff with contracted hours, paid travel time, and a generous mileage allowance of 40p per mile.
