Senior Care Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dementia and Nursing Specialist to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at HC One. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including those with dementia and other complex needs.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be working towards or willing to complete a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. A background in person-centered care planning and experience of caring for people with dementia is essential.
A salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
