Working Solutions Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development and Growth Expert to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this exciting role, you will drive business growth and innovation by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry insights and product knowledge
- Engage in outbound calls, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Upsell and cross-sell services and solutions, delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex sales challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like ConnectWise
- A background in telecommunications or IoT is highly desirable
