Business Growth Development Manager

About the Position:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the South East UK market. You will work closely with key stakeholders to build strong partnerships, identify new business prospects, and manage the full sales cycle. A deep understanding of Power Transmission technology, particularly Gearbox & Motor Technology, is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators
* Identify and pursue new business prospects in Gearboxes & Motors
* Drive revenue growth through effective sales efforts
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager who can leverage their technical expertise and relationship-building skills to drive sales growth. Ideally, candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, although passion and experience are equally valued.
