About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our UK Packaging Division, supporting ambitious growth plans for our Ecommerce business. This is a key position requiring an ambitious, customer-focused individual who can drive sales growth and transform the role in line with our growth strategy.

Key Requirements
  • Proven success and knowledge in business development roles within FMCG - packaging experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working with e-commerce products would be highly advantageous
  • A full driving license and ability to travel as needed
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to deal with conflict and challenge both externally and internally
  • Driven to meet sales targets and proven success with pipeline management and sales reporting

The ideal candidate will have experience as a new business development manager, tenacity, and spirit to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial style role, and be eager for a new challenge.

Location

This is a full-time home-based role with frequent travel to our customers and offices in Milton Keynes, Paddington, and Solihull as required.
