Business Development Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Expert to join our team at CV-Library. This role is based in our Chesham branch and involves driving growth and excellence through exceptional customer service, relationship building, and product expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience working within trade sales environments, adept at selling to contractors, house builders, housing associations, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on promotional offers and communicate effectively with customers to inform them of relevant opportunities.
- Deliver competitive quotations and offer expert advice to customers, empowering them to achieve optimal results for their projects.
- Serve as Keyholder and de facto Deputy Manager, assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager.
This role offers a basic salary of approximately £28,500 per annum, company pension, 31 days holiday (including public holidays), and additional career benefits such as bike to work.
About the Role:This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week from 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week when working a Saturday on a rota).
