Job Overview

As a Stock Team Leader at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing the daily stock activities, ensuring compliance with legal and health and safety aspects of site operations, and driving change and continuous improvement throughout the stock operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the stock team to enable them to meet objectives and encourage open communication to address potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage the daily stock activities, maintain the IT warehouse system, and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and health and safety aspects of site operations.
  • Drive change and continuous improvement throughout the stock operation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in stock control and inventory management.
  • Experience of improving employee engagement.
  • Experience of developing relationships with employees and customers.
  • Highly analytical and IT literate.
