Job Title: Stock and Inventory Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Receive and process deliveries, utilizing both ERIKS and customer computer systems to log receipt and allocation of stock.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, counting inventory as scheduled and accurately entering data into customer systems.
  • Effectively manage stock ordering through our in-house system, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update order expediting as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Verify delivery receipts to ensure correct items and quality standards are met.
  • Assist engineers in locating stock on customer SAP systems.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in the stores.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of similar industries is preferred but not essential.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm (rotational shifts), 40 hours per week, with 30-minute breaks.
