At GXO Logistics, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Stock Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the stock team, ensuring they meet their objectives and addressing any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage daily stock activities, ensuring the IT warehouse system is maintained and all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and health and safety aspects of site operations
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the stock operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stock control and inventory management
  • Experience in improving employee engagement and developing relationships with employees and customers
  • Highly analytical and IT literate
