About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Stock and Replenishment Administrator to join our team at ERIKS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving deliveries and accurately logging them using ERIKS and customer computer systems.
  • Stock checking and counting stock according to a yearly, monthly, or weekly plan, and entering data into the customer's computer system.
  • Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system.
  • Responding to client enquiries and requests.
  • Maintaining stores to a high level.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
