Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team in a store-based role. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, promoting excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example in promoting shoe care products and demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Responsible for resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget constraints
  • Ensure effective stock management and control
  • Analyse sales performance data and reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Make recommendations to improve sales performance based on analysis and customer insights
  • Maintain company standards, including merchandising and administrative tasks
  • Support the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet company standards
  • Assist in recruitment and training of sales team members
Personal Qualities and Skills
  • A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector
  • Flexible approach with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the sales team
  • Numerate and detail-focused with good organizational skills
  • Good communicator with spatial awareness and methodical approach
  • Fully flexible across the week with willingness to travel
Benefits and Salary
