About the Role
As a Customer Experience Team Manager at Flogas, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to add value to the business through sales and service of bottled gas and bulk clients
Requirements
- Experience as a team manager in a contact centre environment
- Proven time and people management skills
- Proven experience of people development
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to balance business needs with customer needs
- Will possess expertise in all customer service-related duties
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
- Positive change management experience
- Challenges the norm
