About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor at Flogas Britain. As a key player in our organisation, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing innovative energy solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to customers on energy-related queries and challenges
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide informed advice to customers

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and a drive to make a difference. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll have:

Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleaguesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of energy-related products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
