About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and providing innovative energy solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of energy solutions, including sales, operations, and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies to provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and developing sales strategies
