About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Advisor to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and finding solutions to every query and challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on energy solutions and pricing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
