We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to support the Medical Director in providing clinical leadership within the University Health and Social Care Partnership and develop Primary Care across Lanarkshire.
About the Role:
This post has been created to develop our Primary Care Action Plan, recognising the importance of supporting General Practice and developing new pathways between primary and secondary care.
As a GMC-registered practitioner, you will use your outstanding leadership skills to guide the medical professionals under your remit, looking for ways in which we can continue to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership within the partnership and develop Primary Care across Lanarkshire.
- Support the Medical Director in providing clinical leadership and develop Primary Care.
- Develop new pathways between primary and secondary care.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Community and Primary Care, GMC registration, and outstanding leadership skills.
What We Offer:
The post will be offered on the Consultant salary scale (£96,963-£128,841 per annum pro rata) and includes a management fee of £20,644 pa.
