Hotel Revenue Agent Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Revenue Agent to join the Maybourne Reservations team at the Corporate Office.

Maybourne is a luxury hotel group that owns and manages some of the world's most renowned hotels, including Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, and more. Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Hotel Revenue Agent, you will be responsible for processing reservations received via verbal and non-verbal communication methods while maximizing revenue and handling day-to-day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.

Your duties will include:

  • Making reservations across all Food & Beverage outlets for Claridge's, The Berkeley, and The Connaught to required standards;
  • To maximize restaurant revenue through cross-selling and up-selling;
  • To maximize restaurant revenue by paying attention to agreed cover restrictions and employing cover maximization and cross-selling techniques plus product knowledge;
  • To make individual reservations to the required standard, adhering to Maybourne policies, relating to telephone standards, cancellation policies, and written confirmations;
  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Entry Requirements

Successful candidates for this opportunity will:

  • Provide intuitive service with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories;
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services;
  • Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, but this is not a prerequisite;
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail;
  • A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional, and welcoming personality.

Salary and Benefits

This is a highly rewarding role with an estimated salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
