Reservations Agent Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our Reservations Team at The Landmark London Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for making or amending reservations for rooms, restaurants, and the SPA, as well as working with the Sales team to meet and build relationships with bookers, clients, and attending sales trips/calls or Familiarization trips when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To accurately make or amend reservations for rooms, restaurants, and the SPA bookings.
  2. To work with the Sales team to meet and build relationships with bookers, clients, and attend sales trips/calls or Familiarization trips when necessary.
  3. To maximise conversion of bookings by applying conversion techniques and phone standards.
  4. To be familiar with all room types, dining options, Spa treatments, and hotel facilities to positively sell the benefits to all bookers.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
