We are seeking an experienced Social Enrichment Coordinator to join our team in delivering an engaging activities programme for the elderly in our care homes across Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

We need someone who can design, coordinate, and deliver a diverse range of social activities that cater to individual preferences and needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating group and one-to-one activities that promote social interaction and engagement;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and services;
  • Fundraising to support activity initiatives and programmes;
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and evidence of activity delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in delivering activities within a care home setting. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in enhancing the lives of older adults.

A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance we place on rewarding our staff for their hard work and dedication.
