Social Care Navigator

We are seeking a skilled FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER to join our Social Care team in the Northern Trust area. In this role, you will work closely with senior Social Workers and management teams to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
Key responsibilities include coordinating family support services, sourcing relevant resources, and reporting identified safeguarding concerns. You will also be responsible for supporting administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements for this role include experience working within Child and Family Care or with young people, NISCC Registration, and a minimum of 6-12 months previous Social Care experience. A Social Work Degree, BTEC, or NVQ Level 3 in a Health and Social Care discipline is also essential.
As a Family Support Worker, you can expect a competitive salary (£12.86 per hour), full-time or part-time hours, premium evening and weekend rates, and a range of benefits including an enhanced holiday package and employee assistance programme.
