Join Our Team as a Social Care Assistant
Randstad UK is looking for a skilled Social Care Assistant to support our experienced social care team in the Northern Trust area. As a key member of our team, you will provide invaluable support to senior social workers and management teams, contributing to the delivery of efficient and effective services to children and families within the Family Intervention Team. In this role, you will undertake tasks allocated by the Social Work Team Manager, collaborate with colleagues, and develop your skills and knowledge to excel in your career.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist social work managers in providing quality social work services
- Undertake tasks allocated by the Social Work Team Manager to support social workers in the discharge of their duties
- Coordinate family support services, diversionary and respite programs, and source suitable alternatives
- Provide advice and guidance on parenting tasks and support the delivery of contact services

Benefits Package
This role comes with a competitive salary of £12.86 per hour (Band 4 pay scale), full-time hours of 37.5 per week (part-time hours considered pending experience), premium evening and weekend rates, competitive mileage allowance, enhanced holiday package, employee assistance program, and fully-funded enhanced training and e-learning opportunities.
