Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Assistant to join our team in the Northern Trust area. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Social Workers and management teams to deliver quality social work services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist social work managers in providing quality social work services
- Undertake tasks allocated by the Social Work Team Manager to support social workers
- Coordinate family support, diversionary, and respite services
- Source appropriate family support services and other resources
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Child and Family Services, be registered with NISCC, and hold a Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and manage a varied caseload, and build rapport with parents, young people, and social care professionals.

- Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours considered pending experience)
