Total Care Recruitment are seeking a full-time temporary Family Support Practitioner for their client in Antrim (covering Magherafelt and Cookstown areas) Main Duties: Provide a high-quality service to children, young people, and their families, based on an assessment of need and outcomes-driven. Deliver complex and specialist interventions with children, young people, or families on a 1:1 basis, group, or community setting. Provide lead case/care planning management, including undertaking assessments, reviewing, and managing risks. Take responsibility for day-to-day resource planning to ensure high-quality services are delivered. Essential Criteria: - Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). - Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Access NI clean driving license with business insurance. -NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) plus 6 months relevant experience, or HNC/HND in a relevant subject with 1 years experience. You will also have to complete an Enhanced Access NI application. Total Care Recruitment adhere to the Access NI Code of Practice. Copy available on request.
