About the Role

We are recruiting for a dedicated FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER to work across the Northern Trust area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled Social Care team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to children and families.

Responsibilities include assisting senior Social Workers and management teams, coordinating family support services, and sourcing relevant resources. You will also be responsible for reporting identified safeguarding concerns and supporting administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within Child and Family Care or with young people, NISCC Registration, and a minimum of 6-12 months previous Social Care experience. A Social Work Degree, BTEC, or NVQ Level 3 in a Health and Social Care discipline is also essential.

As a Family Support Worker, you can expect a Band 4 pay scale (£12.86 per hour), full-time or part-time hours, premium evening and weekend rates, competitive mileage allowance, and a range of benefits including an enhanced holiday package and employee assistance programme.
