Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Vehicle Claims Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic claims handling team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and efficient claims experience.
Job Description- Prioritise Customer Experience: Give our customers a smooth journey throughout the process by proactively chasing updates from suppliers, updating, and setting expectations with our customers, to settle claims at the earliest opportunity.
- Validate Claims and Policies: Verify the accuracy of claims and policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Demonstrate Effective Planning and Organisation Skills: Prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
- Refer Suspected Fraud Cases: Identify potential fraudulent activities and refer them to our specialist unit for further investigation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of claims handling processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
