Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to manage household claims efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Claims Handling: Manage household claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Claims Data Analysis: Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement processes to enhance claim outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing and excellent customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Effective analysis of claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
